obligatory is on a distinguished road
detaching a spoiler

g'day
was thinking of buying a used 04 liberty. only problem is it has a rear spoiler on it which i dont like. my question is: how much would it cost to get this detached? is there much to it or does it require repainting over the joins?

also, how much would the spoiler go for on ebay or a similar site?

cheers!

AlpineRaven is an unknown quantity at this point
I take it as its sedan, You can remove it and bog the holes up, some people have put christmas tree plugs in the holes but looks awful.. I like spoilers rather without.

You would be talking about getting whole bootlid to be repainted, it'll need to be welded the holes back up and respray whole lot, looking roughly $350-500 depends who you go with.. (that price is based on passengers door to be re-sprayed which is similar volume)
Cheers
